Cooking for others is a true passion of mine. I love being invited into your home to give you a culinary experience. While letting you enjoy your time off your feet and keep away from the heat. Every dish is made with love and joy and if I am not in the kitchen, then I`m outside maintaining the smoker for my Brisket, Beer-can chicken, Pulled pork, Beef and Pork ribs, Spatchcock Turkey, and anything else I can brighten up with some smoke. I use fresh fruit woods and hard Texas woods to bring out all of the possible notes. My sides are obsolete, and I believe they can`t be beat. Rather it be simple with an Asian pear salad, Pop`s Pinto Beans or my fiancé's German potato salad. Maybe we cook Prime Filets with wine reduced mushrooms and some garlic green bean almondine.
